Costs for the 2/3 night stay is per person + horse, as follows:

Staying in a cottage

£48 - cottage

£70 - stable/paddock

£32 – 4 x meals (breakfast & dinner)

£ 150 - Total cost for 2 nights - Add £75 for 3 night stay

Staying in caravan

£34 - caravan

£70 - stable/paddock

£32 – 4 x meals (breakfast & dinner) £136 - Total cost for 2 nights - Add £68 for 3 night stay

Lorries and tents - £30 per night Electric hook up £5 per night Meals £16 per day per person Stable/paddock £35 per day

If you are bringing your own horse/pony the cost includes stable, private paddock, straw bedding and hay. Unlimited use of indoor and outdoor sand schools, showjumping paddock and UK Chasers cross country course

Hire of horse £50 half day or £75 full day (9 horses available)

Meals are full English breakfast, cereals, toast, juice, tea and coffee. Dinner is main course and choice of pudding, tea and coffee. Veggie options available, just let me know when you book if any special dietary requirements. To keep costs down please bring your own food/snacks for lunch.

If you want to book the 3 night option, please ensure that all those sharing your accommodation are doing the same. We cannot take bookings for 3 nights and only half fill the cottage/caravan. There is a choice of cottages to sleep 4 or 6 and the caravan sleeps 6 to 8 (more comfortable with 6).

The first step is to spread the word among your fiends (club members only) and book online paying a £50 per person deposit at Horsevents.

We are hoping to set a payments system so you can pay in instalments each month otherwise a second payment of £50 is due by 1st March and final balance payment by 20th April.

If you are not in a group don’t be put off booking. We are renowned for being the friendliest riding club in Yorkshire and will make sure you are allocated with like-minded people in your accommodation.

Most people arrive Fri lunch time, settle in, then go for a beach ride depending on tide times. On Fri and Sat eve we will entertain you in the way only ADRC can with our famous party games and fun! Bring your own drinks. We will ask for a small contribution towards party games prizes (£2 to £3) for the weekend. There are loads of opportunities to use the full facilities at Field Farm, go for a pub ride, ride on the beach or even visit Skegness during your stay.

Bookings are on a first come first served bases AFTER a deposit has been paid so please don’t delay with paying your deposits online or you may be disappointed!
