This Training is open to all levels, BRC members and non BRC members.
Whether you are an accomplished competitors or just moving into dressage Andrew is passionate about teaching at all levels.
ANDREW DAY
Andrew is one of England’s most popular dressage coaches with over 40 years experience.
He had an early, successful career in eventing competing at Badminton, Burleigh and representing GB abroad.
With growing fascination for dressage Andrew followed a classical training with Arthur Kottas, Charles de Kunffy and Christine Stuckleburger as well as working in Germany with Dr Christian Stampehl.
Andrew helped set up the successful educational charity Training the Teachers of Tomorrow where he was a senior Instructor and lecturer for over 20 years. During this time he partnered his own horse Wardancer to compete up to International level.
Based at his own yard in Nottinghamshire Andrew now holds regular clinics all over England through which he has produced many successful combinations to the National Championships as well as International Small Tour level.
Andrew is always cheerful, enthusiastic and encouraging whether working with accomplished competitors or riders just moving into dressage as he is passionate about teaching at all levels.

Lunging - How When Why

This is the 2nd of the ADRC winter Taks & Demo Series.
The first part of the evening will demonstrate the basics of lunging, explain equipment and what is available and how to fit and use it.
Faith Fisher-Atack Physiotherapist will talk about the way of going and how lunging can be beneficial. This will be in the arena so please bring a chair and wrap up warm!
A pea & Pie Supper will be served followed by a classroom session.
Please note: This evening is not promoting any particular style of equipment but hopefully help to understand the mechanics.
Tickets will include a pea & pie 🍲 supper. Drinks will be available.
This is open to members and non members of BRC. Tickets can be bought through Horse Events - via link on ADRC website or pay on the door. ALL PLACES MUST BE PRE BOOKED

Your accredited coach can work on a 1 to 1 or with groups upto 4 riders of similar ability.
The cost of the sessions include your accredited coach, arena hire with lights. Moorhouse is light and airy and hosts both long and short arenas.
1 to 1 £45
2 riders £25 each
3 riders £17.50
4 riders £12.50
Cancellation policy:
if you cancel your slot with less than 48hrs notice and your slot cannot be filled, then your fee is still payable.
Moorhouse arena is wonderful to ride in, and certainly beats those cold dark nights outside.

Price is £15 if 4 in a group, £20 if 3 in a group for 1 hour and £25 private for half hour. Lessons can include grid work, jumping a course, riding a jump off, novice sessions for novice/nervous horse or rider just phone or text to discuss your needs, jump training can be very very flexible to cater for all our members needs!
